Looking for a room in Manhattan/North BK for July 1st (could be sooner).

I've lived in NYC for almost 6 years but also in Bangkok, Rome, and San Francisco - though I'm from western Mass.

I'm tidy, laidback, and like to ensure everyone feels comfortable. During the week I'm in the office 4/5 days. I'm generally out and about on the weekends - walking around, meeting up with friends, going to shows, etc. I don't "bring the party home"
