New Luxury DTBK Apartment with Tons of Amenities ft a Chill Roommate

I'm a 29yo guy looking for someone to join me in my new luxury DTBK apartment. It's centrally located with easy access to most subway lines. The building is brand new and has tons of amenities including a gym, rock climbing wall, coworking lounge, and more. We also get free 1 gig fiber wifi for 1 year.

In addition to the nice building, you'd also share my furnished living room that has a 75" TV with multiple gaming platforms and streaming services. I also have a massive couch that is very comfortable. The available bedroom is much longer than mine and can comfortably fit a desk in addition to the bed. It is 4% larger by square footage. The listed price reflects a 58/42 split of the rent based on the room sizes and furnishing.

I usually WFH so I'm around often, but I keep a clean living space and I'd say I'm pretty chill. Here's some other quick info about me:

- I'm generally pretty quiet and don't have people over often.

- I don't smoke but I do drink.

- I love animals, especially cats, but I do not have any pets. I'm looking to volunteer at an animal shelter in the area.

- I play volleyball in the warm months and ice hockey in the cold months.

- I love games. Video games, tabletop games, social deduction games, etc. I play 'em all.

I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, financially stable, and easy to live with. If you become my roommate you will be added to the lease, which lasts through April 2028.
