I keep a super busy schedule. I'm clean, respectful of space, and try to keep a clean place - especially the common area. I work freelance as an Audiovisual Technician for a few different companies/clients regularly. I'm also an active DJ, so I work some nights and most weekends. I don't spend much time at home aside from much needed rest days, and I'll normally keep to myself but very open to hanging out in the common space from time to time. I'm generally a very easygoing person. QPOC.

I don't cook often, at most once or twice a week. Love pets but don't have any. I'd say I leave a light footprint in the house. I'm a quiet person but I do play music.
