I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty flexible when it comes to sharing a home. I like keeping the apartment clean and comfortable, but I’m not obsessive about it. I’m currently studying electrical work while also working and focusing on developing my career at a steady pace. I’m also working on improving my English.
I enjoy having my own space, but I also like a friendly home environment where we can talk, watch something together, have a coffee, or occasionally hang out if we both feel like it. I don’t expect us to spend all our time together, and I respect privacy and personal space.
I rarely have guests over, usually no more than occasionally, and I prefer discussing things openly rather than having unnecessary tension at home. Since we’ll be sharing a relatively small space, good communication, mutual respect, and feeling comfortable around each other are important to me.

Affordable Furnished Shared Studio Space in Bay Ridge – Female Preferred

Furnished shared studio space available in Bay Ridge, near the Verrazzano. The apartment is divided into separate living/sleeping areas with a room partition, so please note that this is a shared studio setup rather than a traditional private bedroom.
The space currently has a queen-size bed and a large TV that can be viewed from both sides of the apartment. I’m flexible about adding or rearranging furniture if needed to make the space more comfortable. I’m experienced with electrical work, furniture assembly, and home improvement, so reasonable changes to the setup can be discussed.
The building has an elevator and shared laundry in the basement. AC, utilities, and Spectrum Wi-Fi are included in the $600 monthly rent.
