Like most, I am looking for a room in a chill, friendly, clean space with responsible folks. Bonus points for other creatives. I can chop it up about most anything honestly but as an introvert, I am big fan of alone time. But I would be down to hang out if we all click. I am looking for a BIPOC and LGBTQ friendly place.

Not a neat freak but also not a fan dishes sitting in the sink for a week or a filthy toilet. We're all adults and I would expect to communicate issues like one. A girl has dealt with nasty roommates and never again babe 🫣)

I do work from home full time, so a reliable internet connection would great. I am big into music (as a singer-songwriter, naturally),; theatre, film, art in general really. I want to become involved in some creative scenes, particularly around music and improv scene. O just take in as much art and culture as I can.

As I mentioned, I am a singer-songwriter. I'd like to record vocals at home , while of course being considerate of the other roomies schedules and loudness sensitivity. Just wanted to be sure I was up front about it.
