I’m a video editor and AI toolmaker working in LA (Insta360). I can be pretty quiet and reserved but I enjoy hanging out and talking.

I would ike clean common spaces, maybe a cleaning schedule? Or a cleaning lady every two weeks?

I very rarely cook.

I’m looking to team up on a 2bed/2bath in NoHo, Valley Village, or Studio City. IDEALLY on a grassy street walking distance of Noho Arts District. (I've had a hard time finding this actually...)

Budget about $1,300 for my side. Private bath required. I have good credit.

Ideal roommate: late 20s or 30s, creative or tech. Stable job and kind. I've been told I get along with everybody.
