You will share this safe , bright, second floor ,airy 3 bedroom 2 and a half baths appt with 2 mature artistic people friends : Gordon , a dedicated music teacher and Dominique, a vibrant busy textile artist .
Wifi and utilities ( gaz,elec )included .twice a month common areas cleaning .
Female preferred but men welcome Freshly repainted room 12tfx13ft available now...
You will share bath in bathroom with Gordon (who has his own halfbath with toilet and sink ) the sink , cabinets and toilet will be only yours.
Parking in carport.
..The room comes with one twin bed , desk ,chair ,lamp ,trunk.Huge closet .
You might reconfigure the room and furniture at your likings .
Laundry in building.

This is a drama free, sunny quiet appt with a terrace and a balcony.
Nice , stable environment .
We are looking for a stable professionnal .or long term student .5 months minimum.
8 minutes to downtown Santa Monica.25 minutes walk.

5 mn walk to Colorado center offices and Watergarden complex..
8minutes walk to the Metro and Ralph's .
