About Me

I like a friendly home with shared spaces including my art studio space. My dogs are friendly. I'd like roommates who love dogs and would have no problem letting my dogs out in the morning. I am not up till later in the morning. I have one tv and enjoy sharing it on occasion. There is a patio to share off my studio. A patio table and umbrella could be set up outside the French door room. My present relative roommate is taking her outdoor furniture with her.

The two bedrooms could be a bedroom and office for 1 person or a two bedrooms for 2 people. I would like someone under 30 who is a student or professional. I enjoy young camaraderie now that I do not have my children living with me. I have furniture stored in my garage that is available to furnish the rooms if necessary. The smaller room is the only one with the permanent double bed in it.

I would like you to plan to stay a minimum of 1 year with no maximum.
