I am perfectly open to my roommates using my stuff whenever they want to. Smoking(as long as it's outside) and drinking and 420 is perfectly fine.

I'm also very adaptable to make sure I fit in with my roommate's lifestyle. I have never had a problem before, and as long as you are fairly chill, I don't expect to either.

My roommate is moving out at the end of September and I am looking for someone to take his lease.

The apartment has two bedrooms, roughly of equal size. I will be in one and you would, the other. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Available bedroom includes private balcony and a closet as well.

The shared living space is partly furnished. It includes a couch and television and a wifi bill we would split along with rent and other utilities.

All bills included, equates to approximately $1,300 a month.
