Hi - I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed, 2 bath brownstone (3rd floor walk-up) in Bushwick.

The new tenant's room is large with an attached full bath, a closet, and windows that let in a lot of natural light, especially in the summer. The furniture shown in the pictures (bed frame, shelf, desk) are for sale at a discounted price.

Both bedrooms - and the shared living room - have a ceiling-mounted heading / air conditioning unit. The living room has exposed brick and large skylights that are also wonderful in the spring and summer.

The unit has an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The basement has a washer, dryer, and locked storage area. The building falls between the J and L trains for easy commutes throughout Brooklyn and to Manhattan
