Hi! One of my besties and I are looking for a roomie to join us for a year-long lease :) I work from home but like to get out of the house and am usually out working on music in the evenings. I'm not super type A but definitely like a clean space, especially common areas. She works in hospitality and is very clean, independent, and chill.

We both value respect and independence above all else!! We firmly believe hanging out when our paths naturally cross is great, but not mandatory or an expectation, and respecting the fact that we all share a home by honoring personal space is vital for us.

She's 30 and I'm 26, we'd like someone in that age group who is looking for a grown-up living situation. We are both Latina (I'm gringa-Colombiana and she's Mexicana) so we'd prefer another Latina but not mandatory.

Budget $1300 range plus another $80-100 for utilities ideal, looking for a 3-Bedroom in Harlem/Morningside Heights area.

September 1 or October 1 move-in.
