Hi! I'm 24 and work in digital media. I'm currently looking for a new roommate to renew my current lease in East Harlem. Move in date would be from 12/22-1/1. It's a 2b 1 bath in a quiet building. Apartment gets tons of natural lighting. It's close to the 2/3 and 6 trains and few minutes walk to Central Park. Laundry in building. There's a gym one street over.

I work from home 5x a week but may occasionally go into the office. I'm pretty clean and organized and respect common spaces. Like to be on a weekly cleaning schedule. Cook 1-2 times a week. Like to keep households items in stock.

I'm a big reader and spend too much money buying books. My favorite thing to do it is go on long walks throughout the city to stay active. Would normally have people over only on the weekends and will let know in advance when guests are to come over!
