I am bubbly but mellow 30 something searching for a roommate. This fall I will be starting my PhD program at City College in West Harlem. I am looking for a place that is preferably 40 mins or less commute from CCNY. I am quiet, tidy, and clean. I don't drink or smoke. I don't have any problem with drinking or smoking per se, only that roommates are respectful. Prefer roommates who are on the quieter side. Communication, boundaries and expectations are all very important to me.

I am from Long Island so have lived near/worked in NYC for a long time. Looking forward to this next chapter and meeting new people!
