I've lived in NYC since 2017, in Bushwick since 2021. My current lease is expiring in June, and I'd like to find something beforehand.

Looking for either a studio apartment or a 2BR with a roommate. I'm often out on weekends and keep my living situation calm, clean and stable. Work full time Mon-Fri, so I really value rest and cooking at home.

I need some sunlight (and a gay-friendly environment) and really appreciate considerate roommates, but am overall quite low maintenance and adaptable.
