I am 23 years old who works in finance and on a typical (not work from home) day, I spend a lot of time in the office and out and about. On the weekends I enjoy both going out with friends as well as taking it easy. Hopefully would like to find a guy around my age who also is a working professional/recent graduate but I could expand from this if need be. I also like to think I’m quite clean and respectful so also looking for someone along the same lines (at least in the common spaces)

I live right in the heart of Midtown East in a 2nd floor walk up apartment where chances are if you are looking to go anywhere in the city, you won’t have to travel very far to find a means of transportation that can take you there. I live a 5 minute walk from the E, M,6 trains, 7 minute walk from the 4,5, N, Q, R, W, F trains and the M-15 and M-15SBS buses stop right down the block. (Also a 15 minute walk to Central Park!)

The apartment is a 1 bedroom flexed into two and it comes with 2 full bathrooms (which from what I’ve seen is quite rare). Along with a full sized refrigerator and stovetop, the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and a seriously huge countertop/island. The Bedrooms are also both facing east and get a ton of natural sunlight which really fills the entire apartment. Each can fit a queen sized bed and a desk, even though my roommate elected for a twin.

I would be your roommate! I Enjoy going out and exploring the city/having a good time on the weekends, but also enjoys a night in every once in a while just as much.

Love to play the guitar, go to the gym, play Xbox occasionally, and a huge NFL, NHL, and Premiership Rugby fan.
