I'm a 27 yr old woman that works in IT at a university and I adjunct at another as well. I am pretty social but I definitely enjoy my space at time. I have a toy poodle that visits occasionally since our building is pet friendly. My current roommate is moving back to California at the end of our lease and I am looking for someone to join the lease for another year. It's a 2bd/2br with full amenities such as a gym, coworking space, laundry, lounge and a rooftop. The rent for her room is $1420.50 not including utilities.
