I am looking for one or two people to take over this lease in the next 4-6 weeks! It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, the rooms are small however so it's also great if you just share with one other person and use the third room for whatever else. Apartment has laundry room, roof access, and small fitness room. 2nd floor walk up. Everything is new, there is a balcony in one of the rooms. I only attached a few photos but I can FaceTime to show the whole place if you want. Also willing to show in person so long as you wear a mask. The situation with the current renters (myself and one other person) is, we just started the lease but aren't able to continue to stay here due to various things in our personal lives. So the lease would be less than a year but close to that. Move in just requires security deposit. The landlord understands, so you would be taking over the lease legally, so no weird shady rent payments to us, everything will be legit. I also have some furniture here if interested! Rent for the WHOLE apartment is $2700. Tenant pays electricity. Please feel free to reach out with any questions
