About Me

Hello!

I am looking to renew my apartment with someone for Sept 1st.

Ideally, you are a female in your 20s/30s who is kind, down to earth, and fairly clean. I like to be friendly with my roommates and would love someone who'd be interested in casually hanging out here and there. We don't have to be best friends. I'm cool just being respectful roommates too. If you come with a cat or dog, that is not an issue.

I love to take long walks through the city, visit farmer's markets, attend live music events, discover new restaurants/bars, and make new friends! When I am home I like to watch tv or cook. I am a warm, inviting, down to earth person who is fairly clean but not a clean freak. If I'm on the couch, you are always welcome to join me.

The apartment is located in East 70s. It is a top floor unit nestled in the corner of the building so there are no footsteps from above or shared walls between our unit and others. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ~1300 square foot apartment with north and south-facing windows. It has an updated kitchen and an oversized step-down living room. There is an elevator, laundry in the basement, and live-in super. The available room has a south-facing window with a private bathroom including a full-sized tub.

I have lived on the UES in the 70s for the past three years and have enjoyed it very much. It is clean, safe, and a short walk to Central Park. The location of the apartment is in the heart of the Upper East Side's best restaurants and bars. Conveniently, there is a CVS, Walgreens, 24-hour grocery, and a target within 1-3 blocks from the apartment. The Q station is at E72/2nd Ave and E69/2nd Ave and the 4,5,6 is at E68/Lex.

If you are interested, please contact me for a video and more details.

(Please note: I do not have an image of the available room on me. It is in the video walkthrough. I can send pictures Aug 1.)
