Hi! I have a room opening up in my large 2 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom duplex with a backyard in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn on the corner of Lafayette Ave. and Lewis Ave. I’m a 40 year old single actor. Quiet, clean and respectful. I never bring the party home and expect the same. Mostly a homebody, I cook quite a bit and hang out and watch movies/TV most weeknights. I work from home when I’m not on set, and will have my office in the basement next to the living room. The room available is very large (8’x22’), enough space for a queen sized bed and a home office setup, or room for a couch and tv setup and includes a private bathroom just across the hall exclusive to you. Private access to backyard. Apartment has a dishwasher. At the end of the block is a laundromat and grocery store. Less than a 10 minute walk to the JMZ at Myrtle/Broadway and roughly a 15 minute walk to the G train at Bedford-Nostrand or Marcy Ave. Pet friendly as long as they’re well trained. LGBTQ friendly.
