We are 2 people working in finance looking for 1 person to fill a vacancy. 3 bed/1 bath apartment. Fully furnished apartment (with espresso machine, wine fridge, multiple portable AC units, etc). Your room can be fully furnished if you want the old roommates stuff (desk, mattress, dresser, etc). Very large kitchen and living room. Walking distance to multiple train lines. Living room has view of street. I WFH half the time, other roommate is out working most days.
Room is about 20x15 with window AC.
