Hi future roomie!

I'm looking for a room to lease ASAP in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

I’m a Director of Advancement at a public defender nonprofit and own a small marketing and comms consulting business. Since COVID-19, i’ve been working remotely and will be until probably Labor Day so I’ll need to find folks who are mindful of noise during the day. I don't really cook but may bake here and there. Clean with shared spaces. I’m a huge hiker and traveler and abroad at least twice a year. I’m gay and proud and you should be okay with that. Would love to find a laid back, worldly, person/s, with progressive values to share an apartment with. 420 friendly is a must.

My preferred budget is 1150 + utilities but can stretch a little bit more depending on the room. I need to find something ASAP but definitely by July, 2020.
