I'm looking for nonsmokers to share an apartment in East WIlliamsburg, but open to other possible locations with similar amenities (roof, parking, gym, etc). Also looking for people without a cat (allergic), and cautious under pandemic circumstances (wears a mask, washes hands, doesn't go to large gatherings).
