I work from 9-6 in Financial District so would prefer to live downtown. I have been looking at apartments all over downtown some areas including Tribeca, Fidi, and East Village. I am also open to Midtown Kips Bay, Murray Hill, and Hell’s Kitchen. Over all I am flexible with location!
