Annie C - $1,300/month

Hey! I will be moving this summer to start grad school to get my Ph.D. The area I want to live is between E84th-E110th ish and near the 4-5-6 Train. I tend to be the type of person who likes going to people's places to hang out rather than having the hangout at my place. I love being social but my social battery runs out fast and when it does I really like having a quiet space to come back to. I would like it if my roommate felt the same way and didn't have many guests over (maybe a larger get-together ~1-2 times a month?). My commute to school will be long (sacrificing commute for living in Manhattan) and I will probably be a bit overwhelmed with school so for that reason I would like a roommate who has a normal sleep schedule and is quiet at night and early in the morning. I am not a clean freak (more on the cluttered side) but common spaces should be kept fairly clean. As a roommate myself, I am super conscientious and am not one for loud anything (another reason I would like my roommate to be the same!). I love exploring new places, consuming way too much TV, obsessing over astrology and pop culture, and dismantling the patriarchy.
