Hi! Originally from NY, I've been in Sunnyside Queens for a few years now and really enjoy the area. My previous roommate moved out of state, so I'm currently looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom apartment.
I work as a finance manager for a media agency. I was commuting in to the city, but I've been WFH these past few months due to covid. I'm clean, quiet, and peaceful. I'm hoping for a roommate who is friendly, considerate, and willing to pitch in around the apt - i.e. let's take turns picking up the tp :) Happy to sit down and chat every so often while also being mindful of each other's space.

The apartment is in the Sunnyside area, just a short walk from the #7 train. It's on the top floor of a three story walk-up. Well-maintained building with security cameras. Great natural lighting, wood floors, spacious, super convenient location. Grocery stores, laundromats, and restaurants are all around the corner. 15 min train ride to Grand Central.
The room itself is nice size, ~9x14 ft. It has two big windows (plenty of sunlight) and a large walk-in closet with shelving (excellent storage space). Can come partially furnished - arm chair and folding table you see in the photo.
