Modern first-floor unit located in Bed-Stuy, 15-minute walk from Broadway. Available room is 8'x8.5' and south-facing, getting good sunlight. Next door to a dollar store and across the street from a grocery store.
This is a sublet until March, when the official lease can be renewed. My roommate is leaving in December, so I'm looking to replace him until then. Utilities are less than $100 shared. Security of $1200 required (to refund my roommate).
