Quiet and Cozy Home with Master Bedroom Available Sept 1st

I live with my 20 year old nephew in a 4 bedroom house in Lake Oswego. We are looking to fill the Master Bedroom with a clean, honest and communicative working professional (would also consider a student with proper financial credentials as well). We are both tidy and respectful and enjoy our time home as a time to relax and decompress. We don't have many people over but do enjoy time in common areas occasionally. We are "herb-friendly" however not cool with cigarettes inside the home. We have a large backyard with table and chairs for smoking. We have 3 cats that are sweet and keep to themselves. Not looking for anyone with any other pets but can chat more about it depending on circumstance. We are right next to a woodsy trail-head and super close to downtown Lake Oswego and Rogers Park. Our street is super quiet and surrounded with beautiful trees and kind neighbors. This is a sanctuary in comparison with a noisy, crowded apartment complex and we strive to keep it that way.
