Hey there! My name is Tanner Nicolai and I'm hoping to find a place in/near Portland to live now that I've finished school. A little about me, I'm a very respectful and accommodating person who's really good with clear communication. I'm definitely a nerdy guy, video games, anime, comics, DnD all that stuff but I don't need you to be into any of that. I've been at my current job for almost a year and plan on sticking with it for a while at least. I work night shift so my sleep schedule will be kind of wacky so a quiet place is definitely appreciated. Also, I'm completely drug and alcohol-free, I would prefer if my roommate(s) were too but that's not necessary so long as you're not excessive with any of it. Overall I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with and as long as we can both communicate like adults this will work out great!
