Currently looking for a female roommate and in their 20s. Hoping to fill the room ASAP. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in St. Johns in North Portland. It is part of a triplex with two other separate apartment units. I am on the main level.

Rent is $647.50 not including utilities which range from about $40-$60. They are higher in the winter and lower in the summer. You would get your own space and the room is unfurnished. No couples or pets please!

It's a cozy and friendly area with the grocery store, post office, and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a parking lot which is free to use as well as plenty of street parking. The washer & dryer are free & located within the building near the side yard.
