Unfurnished, 130sf Bedroom is on the ground floor (but elevated 12' off the street), has a mini-walk-in closet and use of a mostly-private full bath (with new bathtub). Roommate is welcome to paint the room any color you'd like, or I'll paint it to match the house-white (it's currently seafoam green). Linen cabinet in the hallway and plenty of storage in the basement is available. Kitchen is fully-stocked (has a gas range) next to the formal dining room with table for 4-6. Home was purchased this spring and is in the process of being furnished and upgraded with a few little projects (nothing major -- just aesthetic stuff. yay! new light fixtures). Backyard is fenced and private with outdoor dining table, pretty shade trees, cute overhead market lights and soon a patio set for lounging. New high-end washer /dryer in the basement -- parking available in a tandem driveway or right in front of the house on the street.
Utilities have been relatively inexpensive and are estimated at ~$120/month, at least during the warmer months (includes water, heat, electricity, sewer, trash/recycle, internet, and security alarm). TV doesn't have actually cable, but about 100 channels + a few streaming services.
