Christof K - $850/month

Hello folks,

My name is Christof (38), originally from Greece, and work from home as a product engineer for a software company.

I like to think I got a good mix of introvert and extrovert. My main hobbies are running, hiking, yoga, cooking (omnivore), watching basketball, playing soccer, board games, sometimes music instrument repair.

Social drinker/non-smoker. NYT subscriber. LGBTQ ally. Definitely against dishes piling up and trash lying around. Fully vaccinated. No pets, but get along with them all great, especially dogs! I also play the guitar but I'm very mindful of volume and quiet hours, often I just practice with an unplugged electric guitar while watching a show.

I currently live in Southern California but I love Portland and been working on moving there for a bit (have a few friends in the area already which also helps!). Could go for a month to month lease at first but looking for a 1-year term if it is the right fit.
