Available Room for Rent

looking for a room mate to share the house with me.

looking for a room mate. I just moved. my new place is a 1150 sq/ft. newly refreshed house across the street from alondra golf course. I would take the normal size room and have the roommate have the large master bedroom with huge closet. these are the qualifications i am looking for.

clean (i dont even wear shoes in the house), no pets, good credit, good job, no criminal background, no odd hours, being good around my house cat, but mostly being clean, organized, respectful and just a kind person in general.
as for me, im a 39 y/o. Christan plumber. my best friend is my cat, Shiro. i am very clean, organized and quiet. 800 credit score, no criminal record, kinda talkative, friendly and like to cook.
the rent would be 1450. i will pay all the utilities. except, we would split the water and electric bill. i only say that because i am frugal with lights and water but i know some folks like long showers and leave lights on when not needed.
