Hi! I’m an aerial photographer. Former bartender. Travel enthusiast. I love showing people around the city, especially those from out of town. I find cultural fusion to be one of the most interesting parts of Los Angeles.
I’m usually at work during the week (I leave a little late since I usually work late to skip traffic). Weekends I’m catching up on sleep or out in the garden or out with friends. I’m pretty clean. I have friends over once in a while (maybe once a month) and always include housemates in social activities (for example, I have a projector and we do movie nights occasionally). If someone isn’t local then I love play tour guide and showing them the parts of Los Angeles I really like.
I’m well-traveled and enjoy having conversations with new people. Hablo español, parlo italiano (non ho parlato fra molto tempo ma ho abitato a Firenze), e agora estou aprender português europeu.

Hi there! We're looking for an awesome housemate to join our little community. We prefer a working professional with a 9-5 who is sociable and doesn't mind chatting with the neighbors when out & about -- nothing crazy but maintaining a sense of community in the neighborhood is important. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful.
House is well-maintained with a great landlord. Private room with shared bathroom. Utilities are not included and split evenly between the housemates. Cleaning lady is also split between housemates -- she comes every two weeks and is a non-negotiable by landlord. Gardens in front and back of home with fruit trees. Just need to bring your clothes and everything else is provided.
