I’m looking for a room to rent from start of July to end of Oct around Santa Monica, Venice, Mar Vista, Culver City, UCLA area for $1,500/month (+ a bit extra for utilities)

I like to keep my place pretty clean and quiet so I’m looking for roommates with a similar vibe:) Also open communication, mutual respect, and honesty are very important to me as well!

Becoming friends would also be nice but it’s not a must haha
