Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for my brother.
A little about him: He's a single Asian male, 36 and currently a full-time student working on getting his bachelor's. He works part-time (35 hours, basically full time). You can find him either at school, work/ home and the gym. Now that summer is here, he'll be working full-time and may have some friends over here and there on the weekend. When he's off, he mostly chills at home. He doesn't smoke or do drugs and may have a beer here and there, not really a drinker. He would prefer that the roommate have a similar lifestyle.
The apartment is fully furnished, the bedroom and bathroom that would be available will not be. In-unit washer/dryer. He's low-key (not going to ignore you, but basically will do his own thing). Single male, who works part-time and goes to school full-time. Low-key and doesn't smoke or drink. I'm looking for a responsible, clean and mature roommate (male or female) who is preferably similar or a working professional. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a gated community like most IC apartments. It's not super old. IC maintenance has always been very responsive when I need anything done. There hasn't been any major things that have happened in the complex or the apartment that I am in. Neighbors above are mostly quiet. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and parking is plenty in the complex, since you will have a parking pass. There is a public pool and bbq grills that can be used by the tenants and there is a shared gym that connects with our complex and another IC apartment complex. I've lived here with my sister for the past 5 years and she is getting ready to move out. The room will be available at the beginning of July. Thanks.
