Hey y'all! I'm looking for a room to move into June 1, ideally for a year lease but open to taking over a lease with option to renew. I'm primarily looking for rooms in BK near(ish) Greenpoint, but open to Manhattan as my office is in Chelsea.

About me: I'm a late 20's queer CX professional on a hybrid work schedule, 2 days in office 9-6 and 3 days from home (more office days sometimes). My budget is $1700 and my credit score is above 700.

I enjoy socializing but tend to keep to my own routine at home. I spend several nights a week climbing/at the gym, I cook most of my meals, and I'm usually in bed by 11-12.

I am responsible for dishes in my current living space and have no problem with cleaning upkeep/open communication.

I love trying new foods and often cook enough to share, but I prefer to keep regular groceries separate.

I am vegan but have no problem with animal products in the house.

Dog friendly but allergic to cats.
