Two-floor, 3-bedroom apartment with backyard in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. We are looking for one other roommate to renew with on a lease starting on June 1st, 2024 through May 31st, 2025. Features:

A little about your potential roommates! My name is Jenn/Jennie (27F), and my roommate is Katlyn (24F). I work in the fashion industry and currently work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I also have a five-month old mini dachshund named Link. Whenever I'm not walking or playing with the little sausage boy, I'm probably gaming on my PC. I'm generally an introverted person, but I care about maintaining a comfortable and clean home environment!
Katlyn is a law student who is graduating May 2025. She enjoys gardening and cooking, and she loves sharing what she grows and cooks! She's an outgoing person who likes being friends with roommates and making the apartment feel like a home.
We like to host occasional barbeques, movie nights, and other events in the apartment!
Utilities: WiFi, electric, and gas split 3 ways. We probably pay around 50 total each person for all 3 of these in the winter and 60-80 in the summer.
We are looking for a roommate who is a young working professional or grad student. We would love to have someone who respects our space and boundaries. An ideal roommate takes initiative in cleaning the common spaces and has an interest in maintaining a homely environment. Roommates must pass an income ($50,000 annually) and credit check. Guarantors accepted.
