Williamsburg Room Available 3/15/25

3 bedroom apartment 5 minutes away from Graham L. The third bedroom is used as a living room. Building is small with only 3 units. My current roommate is moving out to live uptown in March.

2nd floor walkup with newly renovated kitchen/bathroom and dishwasher. There is a storage unit and washer dryer in basement.

Close proximity to grocery stores, parks, gym, bars, wash and fold services, and restaurants. I have a dog who is extremely people friendly and must be the only pet in the home. She is well trained, will occasionally bark at loud noise in the hallway or street but not much else.

Bedroom for rent has private access to your own rooftop, a queen bed, a desk, and a closet. Furniture can also be removed if unneeded.

Seeking a one year commitment, but can be amenable for the right fit. I am asking for first, last, and security upfront as I have been badly burned before.

Utilities (internet, electric, gas) are included in rent.

I am a personal trainer and spend most of the day outside of the house, including weekends. I am tidy, quiet, easy going, cook often, and like to have friends over for dinner once or twice a month. Ideally, I would love to have a roommate I can hang out with but who also enjoys their privacy and alone time.
