Hey friends! I'm looking for housing to move into by april 1st if anyone is looking for a roommate or has a one bedroom available.

Here's a little about me and what I'm looking for:

I will be working full-time M-F but when I'm home I enjoy cooking, music, decorating the spaces I'm in, spending time outdoors, and ideally would like to be friends/friendly with the person I'm living with. I'm new to Seattle and excited to explore! but I also prioritize spending time by myself to rest up and recharge when home.

I am generally cleaner than the average person in shared spaces and am a cat lover but don't have/intend to have pets of my own. I am also queer/ trans so looking for someone who is down with that and my general vibe.

Ideally looking to spend ~$1,000-$1,300, a short commute to downtown, and looking for parking.
