Derrick U - $1,300/month

Hi! I'm currently living in Fremont in my own studio, but I've decided I could be about just as happy living with the right person and paying much less in rent. I'm looking for my own room and someone to split rent with, would love to hangout a few times beforehand to see how we get along.

I'm a pretty chill guy and have to go to sleep around 10-11 for early work M-F.
Will cook and clean and am always down for outdoorsy or barhopping adventures ^_^ super kink interested/friendly if we click like that, but definitely not a req.

I'd like to stay south of Lynnwood and North of Tukwila (but out of West Seattle) if possible for work reasons. I currently pay $1600 and its doable - but I'm looking to save some for more travel this year.
