I live in a 4 bedroom house in Meadowdale area which is north Edmonds close to a beautiful park that goes down to a long stretch of beach on the sound.There are 2 other roomates who work as well. We all have day jobs and looking for a roomate on the same schedule. We are all friendly but leave you your space. Looking for others who are into online gaming after work or have their own activities.No tobacco smoking, hard drugs or heavy drinkers. We are a creative house of music creators but we aren't loud..also online gamers.

11 x 12 ft room with 2 closets, built in and built in drawers
There is a dresser and bookcase but no bed. There is a heating vent in bedroom. We keep the heat at 67 during the day and 63 at night. No electric heaters or air conditioners. Fans and swamp coolers ok. The room is month to month. Must give 2 week notice before moving out to get deposit of 250 back. We all clean up after ourselves and there are no loud parties. Overnight guests allowed once a week. No pets and no couples. We already have 2 cats.
