Beautiful 5 Bedroom House for Rent Near Greenlake

Hi everyone! We have a room opening up in our 5 bed, 3 bath Wallingford house IMMEDIATELY. We are located close to the I5 ramps, U district, and about a mile from Greenlake.

The basement room has a shared bathroom with another roommate; you would also share common spaces (i.e. living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen) with the rest of the house. Laundry in unit. Plenty of storage space.
We are a group of mid twenties professionals and grad students. The house is co-ed, currently with 3 girls, 2 guys. It may seem like a lot of humans in a shared space, but we are rarely all home at the same time, given our different schedules. Despite everyone's busy schedules, we are looking for someone that is wanting to be included in a group atmosphere; we are striving to be your potential home away from home, and would like someone that can join us on movie nights or grab a drink around the fire every so often :)

-Rent is $700 a month.
-Utilities are collected EVERY OTHER MONTH (runs about an average of $150-$200/ month per person).
-There is a $500 security deposit and a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee.

ROOMMATE REQUIREMENTS:
-FEMALE APPLICANTS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME (you'll be sharing the downstairs with another femme individual)
-We would like someone that is mature, responsible, communicative, and **CLEAN!** :)
-Must make 3x rent
-Must have good credit and clean background; both will be screened **cosigners are negotiable.
-No pets at this time; we have roommates that are SEVERELY allergic!
