Hi, I'm an urban designer / architect who works for the NYC government. I am very friendly, clean, quiet, and considerate. I work 3 days per week in the office with 2 work from home days during the week. I am allergic to cats and dogs, but other than that I have no strict limitations. I currently live alone in Bay Ridge and I'm looking to move to a more active part of Brooklyn. I'm interested in a place I can stay long term (at least 1 year).
