Natasha H - $1,400/month

Hi! I’m Natasha (she/her). I'm looking for 2 roommates for a 3-bedroom apartment in East Harlem. I'm currently subletting, and the roommates who are on the lease are moving out at the end of September. I love the building and location, and would love to find people to take over the lease with me in October! (I believe we will also have a room opening up in August.)

ABOUT ME:

I’m a full time daycare teacher and returning student. I take classes online as much as possible, so I’m often home when I’m not at work, typically working on school or watching tv/reading/etc. I am quiet and pretty clean in common areas (might leave a dish or two in the sink for a few hours, but nothing outrageous and I keep up with household cleaning). I'm usually out of town about one weekend every few weeks.

I don’t personally drink or do other recreational drugs, but I’m totally comfortable being around cannabis and moderate amounts of alcohol, as well as with whatever anyone does outside of the house. I like my home to be a peaceful, chill place, but I respect all lifestyles and (of course) identities.
