Hi folks - Looking for someone to take over my lease, from 1/15/21 (or by 2/1) - 5/31/21. You could stay longer, but that’s when the current lease ends!
January is already paid for, so just need someone to takeover by/before 2/1.
It’s located a few mins from the Flushing J/M/Z (3 mins) and Flushing G (6 mins) — and about 15 mins from the Montrose L.
The room is super spacious with a window that brings in tons of natural light (and at times, it's like you’re in the clouds!). It has a large closet. A/C and heat wall unit.
- You’d share a bathroom with one roommate, Kathryn
- The apartment has washer/dryer in unit
- Utilities/Wifi avg. ~$80/month
- You can keep the bed, if you needed/wanted
You’ll be living with two awesome roommates, Dionne and Kathryn. They are in their late-20s and currently working remotely with the pandemic.
-Kathryn works in Tech Support and is a performer
- Dionne is a digital marketing strategist
Both are sociable and fun, as well as respectful of each others space and quiet during work/sleep hours.
