I’ve had success with this site in the past when searching for a roommate so I’m back here to get someone in this fall or winter. I work in film/video. I'm also into photography

I plan to spend less time in the apartment, sleeping elsewhere most nights, and am interested in someone who's open to trade (but not a dealbreaker) for some cleaning or help with work related stuff along the lines of a little camera/editing or lead generation, social media etc. Whatever talent or skill you have to offer along the lines of content/production or business. Not being open to this is not a problem.

1st floor apartment with a few steps up above street level.
Main ave around the corner with buses trains and stores around the corner or a short walk.

I'm open to different arrangements and bartering some cleaning / work tasks(if you're into audio/video, clerical or just willing) for the space. The price listed is with that arrangement in mind, otherwise it's about double.
I’m not around many nights and looking to use the space more for work when I am there, so I’d like someone there while I’m gone to make use of the space and be a cool prescense when I’m there.
