Bright, spacious room
Can fit a queen bed and still be roomy
3 Windows so lots of light.
1st floor apartment with a few steps up above street level.
Main ave around the corner with buses trains and stores around the corner or a short walk. Street noise but it’s not too bad most of the time. That being said, I don’t mind your noise. Plus if you play loud music or instruments. Might also pair well with creatives, home makers, classy hood or dorky types, health conscious Given the current Covid environment I’m not big on company or a lifestyle with high exposure or disregard for safety, however, vaccine is not a must.
