We’re a respectful, quiet, and very clean household looking for a mature living environment. I work as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist at Hobson Institute, and my partner is a semi-retired music executive and music producer who works primarily from home. We value a peaceful space and are meticulous about keeping our home organized, calm, and well cared for.

We share our time 50% of the week with my partner’s 8-year-old daughter, who is kind, well-mannered, and used to a structured, quiet home. We’re looking to use two rooms: one part-time for her, and one full-time for us (and our many beloved plants 🌿).

We’re currently transitioning into opening a business and are intentionally looking to save money and pay down debt over the next 6–12 months, so we’re seeking a stable, mutually respectful living arrangement during this period.

Ideally, we’d love to live with quiet, clean, and considerate housemates who value a mature household and shared respect for common spaces. We don’t host parties, we’re mindful of noise, and we take pride in maintaining a peaceful, welcoming home.
