I’m really just looking for a single room that I can utilize as a bedroom and office. Reliable and fast internet connection is a must (will help pay costs, of course).

I’m very quiet and easy going and would really only be using the room half of any given month since I travel to Pennsylvania for the other half. I will still assume I’m paying for my share of utilities and my regular portion of the rent.
