Hi! I’m looking for a room or roommate in Chicago for a pet-friendly apartment. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m hoping to find a chill, friendly, communicative roommate situation.

About me:

• Female in my late 30’s, work from home full time for a publishing company w/ a WeWork office downtown I may go to from time to time / aka reliable income
• Very clean, organized, and considerate
• Easygoing and friendly, but I also respect privacy.
• I enjoy chilling at home for the most part, but do love to get out too!
• I recently stopped drinking (cali sober), but don’t mind if you do 🥂

Pet / Furniture:

I have a 3 year old blue linx point ragdoll cat that is the calmest, sweetest, most well-behaved little thing, and mainly keeps to herself or sleeps throughout the day. I lived alone the last several years, so I also have the equivalent of a 1-2 bed apartment in storage; including a large, new sectional sofa I’m hoping to bring for the living room. Plus a lot of other shared household things. Happy to share more details and photos!

Looking for:

• Budget: my portion of rent less than $1000 / month
• Move-in: ASAP
• Neighborhoods: prefer being close to the blue line (logan square, humboldt park, wicker park/bucktown, ukrainian village, etc.), but anywhere on the north side or south like Pilsen or Bridgeport as well (flexible)
• Lease or sublet welcome
