U of Iowa grad. Recently started a FT job in Finance in the Chicago area. Working hybrid now and looking to move downtown around May 1, but flexible.

Looking for 1-3 guys to live with, ideally on the north side; Lincoln Park, Old Town, DePaul, Lakeview and hoping to keep rent about $1200-1400 pp. I am pretty easy going and social, like to hang with friends, and go out around the city for food/sports/live music. Also glad to meet new people. My personal space is somewhat tidy, but I keep common areas clean and neat, and try to be a very respectful of all roommate.
